NovaOrbital Inc. can help with marketing planning and content creation, but revenue, traffic, and promotion performance are not guaranteed.

3. Commercial Layer Planned

Paid plans, Stripe Checkout, subscriptions, customer accounts, and billing automation are not active yet. They are planned for a later business-formation phase and will require updated terms before public commercial use.

4. Fair Use

You may use NovaOrbital Marketing AI for your own business marketing. You may not resell access, copy the platform, or use the generated content for unlawful, misleading, or deceptive advertising.

5. Local Business Responsibility

You are responsible for honoring promotions you publish, complying with local advertising rules, and making sure offers are accurate.
